We're in the heart of the Langhe Monferrato Roero triangle, a UNESCO World Heritage site, between Asti, Alba, and Acqui Terme. In Piedmont, a land of great wines and good food.
In the welcoming garden, the only sounds are the chirping of parakeets and the gentle rush of water from the small fish-pond waterfall. All around, there are cats to cuddle and peacocks to admire.
The four spacious, comfortable apartments feature a country-style atmosphere; they are independent, air-conditioned, and equipped with fully stocked kitchens. They are furnished with antiques, paintings, and rugs. All have either a terrace, veranda, or patio.
You will find unexpected amenities waiting for you: local extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, mineral water, coffee pods, sugar, bread, butter, jam, and biscuits. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are also provided.
The swimming pool has heated water for the mid-seasons (from 2027).
Parking is free, covered and inside the property (not guarded). An electric vehicle charging point is also provided..
NO RESTAURANT and therefore no external public.
NOT SUITABLE for children under 14 - they wouldn't enjoy it as the garden and pool are an oasis of peace.
